GPU Autopilot ("the Service") is an automated pricing agent that adjusts your GPU listing prices on third-party marketplaces (currently Vast.ai) based on market conditions and your configured parameters (price floor, ceiling, undercut amount, and other settings).
The Service adjusts listing prices automatically based on real-time market data. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, rental rate, uptime, or pricing outcome. Market conditions change constantly and the Service's pricing decisions may not always result in optimal revenue. You acknowledge that automated pricing inherently involves risk and that results will vary.
GPU Autopilot and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, missed rental opportunities, suboptimal pricing, machine downtime, or any financial loss resulting from automated price adjustments.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You retain full control of your machines and settings at all times. You are responsible for:
You may disable the pricing agent for any machine at any time through the dashboard. GPU Autopilot will stop adjusting prices immediately upon disabling.
Your Vast.ai API key is encrypted at rest and used solely to:
We do not use your API key for any other purpose. We do not create, delete, or modify your machines beyond listing price adjustments.
The Service relies on third-party APIs and platforms (including Vast.ai). Changes, outages, or disruptions to these platforms may affect the Service's ability to function. We are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party platform changes or outages.
We strive to maintain continuous operation of the pricing agent but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The agent may experience delays, temporary outages, or data gaps. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect pricing operations.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page. Upon cancellation, the pricing agent will stop managing your machines at the end of the current billing period. Your machines will remain listed at their last set price.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email.
